Returns

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days, granting you ample time to request a return after receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at concierge@tarvosboutique.com.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you can expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping

We presently offer shipping services to all 50 United States.

At our online boutique, we are pleased to provide Free Economy Shipping for all purchases over $50 or $3.95 flat rate shipping. Please note that this offer is valid only for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. 

For domestic orders with Standard Shipping, the estimated delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days. 

After placing an order on tarvosboutique.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Our dedicated team will promptly process your order within approximately one day. Once processed, we will entrust it to our selected carriers for delivery. You'll also receive a tracking number to conveniently monitor your product's location throughout the shipping process.
