Since childhood, I knew I wanted to pursue art, and after studying it in college without a clear direction, I found my path by creating a small card line while working for a grocery store chain. The home goods buyer loved my designs, leading to my cards being sold in all eight stores, several local Portland shops, and eventually across the country. This success allowed me to become a full-time artist. Inspired by nature and all things cute, I sketch my ideas, bring them to life with gouache and pencil, and refine them in Photoshop. My goal is to create art and greeting cards that resonate with people personally, while keeping my products locally made in Portland or the United States. When I'm not creating, I enjoy walking my dog, hiking, or running.
