Kaluga Hybrid Royal Amber Caviar (Acipenser schrenckii x Huso dauricus, farmed) - 1 oz (28 g) to 35.3 oz (1 kg) glass jar or metal tin, by Marky's, imported.

Marky's hybrid Kaluga Royal Amber caviar is a farm-raised hybrid of the Amur and Kaluga sturgeons. Kaluga Caviar, also known as River Beluga Caviar, was originally processed by Caspian Salt Masters. In order to achieve the highest quality of product, Marky's involves Caspian professionals to ensure the finest possible salt content. The result is a caviar with very firm, large pearls and a glossy, dark amber pearl coloring. Its taste is mellow, rich, and buttery, making it just as smooth and similar in flavor as Caspian Beluga Caviar.

Preparation Fresh, cured with salt (Malossol).
Species Acipenser schrenckii x Huso dauricus, farmed. A CITES certificate is required to export this product outside the United States.
Packaging Vacuum-sealed glass jar or metal tin.
Shipping Product is perishable and will be shipped via Overnight Shipping.
Storage Type Keep refrigerated below 38 °F (3.3 °C). Do not freeze. Best before 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase, or within 3 days of opening.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled up until 10 AM the day prior to the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions apply). For example, if you are expecting your order on Friday, you may cancel your order without any charges if you do so by 10 AM that Thursday (the day prior).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, please return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products only (less shipping and handling $34 per order + $3.95 per pound for orders grater 3 lb). Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim.

If you choose to return, for credit, an unopened, unused item, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the product and deducted from your return.
